ASSOCIATE PASTOR

David Jankowski

Pastor Dave Jankowski was the senior pastor of MBC from 1998-2011. He and his wife, Ruthie, have two grown children and seven grandchildren. Pastor Dave believes ministry should be done by gifted volunteers working side by side with gifted pastors. As a result, he has seen the the pastoral staff grow to six pastors with over 300 volunteers in his years of ministry at MBC. His desire for authentic Christianity is reflected in the church mission statement that we will be "a community of Christ-followers who are committed to being real with God, real with each other, and real in the world." When you visit us, we hope that you will sense that we have a real relationship with God and that you will feel warmly welcomed "just as you are."

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Joyce Satorius

Our Administrative Assistant, Joyce Satorius, was born in Morris and raised in Minooka. She married Walt in 1975. They are the proud parents of Matt (married to Jamie) and Benjy (married to Tricia). Joyce and husband Walt, also a Minooka native, reside in Minooka. She volunteered as secretary at Minooka Bible Church. After volunteering for 11 years, she was brought on staff as the administrative assistant.

Joyce enjoys spending time with friends, all varieties of good music, and the occasional piece of French Silk pie. Summer is her favorite time of year because it's time for bike riding. She also plays a mean game of racquetball in any season, so watch out for her on the courts! Walt and Joyce enjoy taking cruises when time permits.

Joyce first trusted Jesus as her Savior in August 1979 after hearing the Gospel from Pastor Harv Russell. Her most beloved Scripture verse is Proverbs 3:5-6. It is clear to Joyce that God has given her a heart for pastors. Joyce considers it a privilege to serve in any capacity at MBC.
